CreateFreeBingoCards.com provides an AI-powered bingo card generation service. Users can create custom bingo cards from any theme or from our curated categories, download them as printable PDFs, and share them for personal or educational use.
2. User Accounts
You may use certain features of the service without creating an account. To access premium features, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Free and Paid Plans
We offer both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free plan — allows up to 3 bingo card generations per day without registration
- Paid plans — offer increased generation limits, bulk PDF downloads, and additional features as described on our pricing page
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Intellectual Property
The bingo cards you generate are yours to use for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. The website design, logo, code, and branding are the intellectual property of CreateFreeBingoCards.com and may not be reproduced without permission.
AI-generated bingo card terms are created using OpenAI's language models. While you may use the generated cards freely, the terms are not guaranteed to be unique or proprietary.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our bingo cards are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and relevance:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
- Generated terms may occasionally be unexpected or off-topic
- We recommend reviewing generated cards before use, especially in educational or professional settings
- We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
7. Limitation of Liability
CreateFreeBingoCards.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
